First Secure Shred, Inc. offers various methods of shredding to assure that sensitive documents are totally destroyed before the recycling process begins. Our high-torque shear shredding provides for high-volume destruction of confidential material without requiring the separation of binders, staples, paper clips, etc. The shredded material is compacted and mixed with other data, making it virtually unidentifiable. Our most popular method includes:

• Lockable security containers are placed in client's facility.
• Following a pre-determined schedule, the mobile document shredding vehicle arrives to service the containers.
• A professionally insured, uniformed representative securely transports the containers to the vehicle.
• The container is placed into the bin lift device, where it is quickly and securely lifted and tipped into the shredding system.
• Clients may opt to view destruction of materials via on-board video technology.
• The material is totally destroyed in a matter of minutes.
• the representative provides the client with a Certificate of Destruction before leaving the facility.

Recurring Scheduled Paper Shredding Service:  

Businesses consistently processing and destroying confidential documents on a daily basis will appreciate the convenience and cost effectiveness of this service. Lockable containers are provided as a part of the service to securely hold documents between services. On a predetermined schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) dictated by your business needs, a uniformed representative will visit your site to empty the containers. The contents are immediately taken to our mobile shredding truck where they are shredded. Clients are welcome to view the destruction and will be given a certificate of destruction.

Purge Paper Shredding Service:  

On occasion, businesses and residential clients find that they have accumulated a substantial amount of confidential files usually stored in file boxes that need to be destroyed. This need may arise due to the attainment of retention periods, relocation or simply the need to free office space. First Secure Shred can quickly and efficiently assist you or your business in this effort. As with Recurring Scheduled Services, a uniformed representative will come to your office or home, remove the documents and destroy them on-site. First Secure Shred has the most state of the art mobile shredding trucks in the area. Our trucks can shred up to 6,500 pounds of paper per hour!

Small Operations Paper Shredding Service:  

Business with multiple smaller sites may find that these sites may not warrant the cost of onsite shredding. However, the confidential documents at these sites still pose a concern from a security and confidentiality perspective. For these types of sites, First Secure Shred offers a more cost-effective solution, but maintains a secured method of document destruction. A uniformed representative will visit these sites and remove the confidential documents in a lockable toter. These documents will be placed in a securely locked truck and transported to our facility, where it will be destroyed the same day. 

Residential and Small Business Paper Shredding Service:  

Business or individuals not requiring any of the above services may also utilize our drop-off service., clients are welcome to bring their confidential documents to our facility for destruction. Please call for an appointment.
